Spring has sprung at Rowallane Garden.

After a cold winter now is the perfect time to get outdoors, reconnect with nature and see our garden bursting into life over Spring and Easter.

Throughout March and April with our self-guided Spring into Nature walk, use your senses to discover the garden at this time of renewal. Pick up your nature wristband and head off on an exploration  and stick interesting foliage to the bracelet . Along the way, find a micro-world station to help you detect what you have found. Nature is there to be explored!

Hop along for some  Fun in the Garden from 28 March to 8 April. Make egg box creatures, flex your green fingers at our potting table or make an Easter card. Why not test your balancing skills with classic egg and spoon races. Don’t get too competitive; it’s all just good family fun!

The Easter Bunny has been hiding clues around the garden, so hop along for a day of discovery (31 March-3 April 10:00am-4pm) to solve the clues for a tasty Cadbury’s surprise at our Cadbury Egg Hunts.

Our café will be open throughout Easter for some refreshments and some eggstraordinarily tasty treats.

Normal admission charges apply and National Trust members free admission, plus £1.50 for the Egg Hunt.
