The Ivy Belfast Brasserie has unveiled a new limited-edition floral inspired dessert created exclusively to celebrate the June bank holiday weekend. Inspired by the annual Bord Bia Bloom festival, the Tulipa dessert is a special creation which features a white chocolate mousse with fresh Irish raspberries, crisp meringue, edible petals, and a warm chocolate sauce. It’s the perfect ending to your dining experience at The Ivy.
